OK this is a real POST this time.






Been busier then ever lately, that I just have been posting by BLOG THIS, on Flickr (the easy button). I have been working out at least 5 days a week. I have changed the way I eat completely. Back to the old way. The healthy, the smart way, 6-8 small meals per day. I feel like a million bucks now. The old me is gone, literally. I have practically reached my preferred weight goal. I plan on continuing this regimen forever now. I am actually going to be starting my Spinning classes again. Yay, I really love those classes. Yes, they are hard core. I was great at it though. It is my cup of tea. Still got my spinning shoes, I am rearing to go. I have been keeping a self portrait diary of myself as I have been redoing my life. I love how far I have come, and I actually am proud of my progress. I can fit into all my old clothes and I have been shopping and treating myself to new outfits as well. Mostly workout clothes, but that is fine with me. I will keep updating my posts as I get the time. Busy with all the bead swaps, contests, charities, and patterns that need to be done over. I am having a new designer Kenyetta, who is a moderator on my ADHD KNITTERS group on Ravelry and my mmg/bff/ccp/npp/2dn re-edit all the errors in the patterns that have been formally done. So many mistakes, it's embarrassing. I actually have been giving people free extra patterns of the patterns I know are right , or offering them their money back for the errors that they have come across. Live and learn. I can't believe how timid I was. I really believe my weight was standing in my way. I felt inferior and powerless. What a difference a day makes. Loving life and living it to it's fullness.
