Well I haven't slept in along long time. When I finally do get that much needed REM sleep the dreams (well nightmares) are so vivid, so real, so frighting. Am I avoiding something that needs to be looked into, addressed, dealt with. How will I know what's real and what's not? Maybe it's Menopause, or maybe just the Meds. but whatever it is ,it seems so real. Maybe it's just REALITY.
